How to Open a Dispute?

If the seller confirm receipt, while you still haven't got the item or the item can't meet the description, you are able to dispute for this order. Please go to User Center-My Order, and submit the request. (Please note that the valid date for file a dispute is within 14 days, after that it will turn out to be "confirm receipt" automatically.)

The seller will receive your dispute and they will work on it. Meanwhile, our team will follow up on the event to ensure that it can be dealt with fairly.
